Connectors must withstand a great deal in agricultural and commercial vehicle use. Our variants are sealed, vibration-resistant, and chemically resistant, with protection ratings up to IP69K, making them suitable for regular steam jet and high-pressure cleaning. For the high currents in commercial vehicles, we also offer Heavy-Duty-Power solutions. We also supply the appropriate, EMC-compliant shielded contacts for signal and data connections, such as in the ISOBUS environment according to ISO 11783, as well as for the 7-pin lighting connector according to ISO 1724.

Fasteners.
During constant vibration and shock loading, the wiring harness must be securely fastened. Heat and UV-resistant PA66 cable ties, holders and vibration-damping clamps prevent chafing and cable breaks, even after years of harsh operation.

Oil, chemical, and abrasion-resistant heat shrink tubing protects conduits in particularly aggressive environments: in the engine compartment, in hydraulic systems, and on external routes. They provide secure insulation and also withstand media such as fertilisers and slurry.

IP68 heat shrink connectors ensure permanently sealed power and signal connections, reliable in wet conditions, dirt, and fluctuating loads, also ideal for repairs and retrofitting without weak points.

Where lines are routed through frames, cabins or housings, heat- and chemical-resistant grommets ensure clean transitions. They protect the line from damage and reliably keep water and dirt out.

Label.
Abrasion-resistant, permanently legible marking facilitates assembly, maintenance, and service, even under harsh conditions. Depending on the requirements, different materials and printing methods are available.
