M12 signal connectors
(IEC 61076-2-101)

The M12 signal connector is the standard solution for transmitting analogue and digital signals. It is available in various codings, such as A-coded for standard signals, B-coded for Profibus, or D-coded for Fast Ethernet up to 100 Mbit/s. Thanks to screw connections, the connectors are particularly robust and achieve protection ratings up to IP67/IP69K.

Typical applications: Sensors, actuators, control technology, fieldbus connections.



M8 connector
(IEC 61076-2-104)

M8 connectors are more compact than M12 variants, making them suitable for space-critical installations. They are frequently used with sensors and actuators and are also available in different codings. With protection ratings up to IP67, they are protected against dust and spray and are reliable even in harsh environments.

Typical applications: Mechanical engineering, production lines, automation systems.

M8 connector
(IEC 61076-2-104)

M8 connectors are more compact than M12 variants, making them suitable for space-critical installations. They are frequently used with sensors and actuators and are also available in different codings. With protection ratings up to IP67, they are protected against dust and spray and are reliable even in harsh environments.

M5 connector
(IEC 61076-2-105)

The M5 connector is the smallest standardised design. It is used in applications where space is at a premium. These miniature connectors are used particularly in sensor technology, mobile devices and medical technology. Despite their size, they offer reliable signal transmission and protection ratings up to IP67.

Typical applications: mobile medical devices, miniature sensors, portable systems.



M12 data connectors
X-coded (IEC 61076-2-109)

The X-coded M12 connectors have been specially developed for data transmission at speeds of up to 10 Gbit/s and comply with the Ethernet standard. The coding separates the eight data lines into four pairs, which reduces electromagnetic interference. Thanks to their high robustness, they are the first choice for Industry 4.0, robotics and network technology.

Typical applications: Industrial Ethernet networks, high-speed data transmission, networked manufacturing plants.

Typical applications: Plant engineering, robotics, machinery with limited installation space.



M12 Power connectors
(IEC 61076-2-111)

These connectors are designed for power transmission and can handle currents of up to 16 A and voltages of up to 630 V (depending on the coding, e.g. L, S or T coding). They are the ideal solution for motors, drives and decentralised power distribution systems in automation technology.

Typical applications: Motor control systems, power supply systems, drives.

M12 Power connectors
(IEC 61076-2-111)
