Precisely manufactured wiring harnesses are the backbone of modern plants, machinery, and equipment.

Individually planned, precisely bundled, clearly labelled, and equipped with suitable connectors, they reduce assembly times and minimise failure risks.

For decades, Püplichhuisen has been supplying ready-to-assemble cable harness solutions that work reliably under mechanical, electrical and climatic conditions – and are also deployable in extreme conditions. 

Construction and Development.

Wiring harness planning takes into account precise cable routing, bend radii, strain reliefs, colour coding, and numbering from the outset. Shielding, protective conduits, and connector systems are matched to the operating conditions.
During the development phase, release samples are created to check for precise fit and installation situation before series production begins. This ensures that the finished cable harnesses fit exactly and are integrated smoothly.

Materials and connection systems.

We process PVC, PUR, TPE, silicone and PTFE cables – with optional UV resistance, oil resistance, halogen-free or EMC shielding.

The range of plug-in systems extends from M8, M12 and M23 circular connectors, through LEAR and TE (AMP) connector systems, to flat plug sockets, IDC connectors and bespoke solutions. Protective solutions such as corrugated tubing, heat-shrink tubing, braided sleeving or kink protection ensure long-term operational reliability.

Production time depends on complexity, material availability and quantity. Typical lead times range from a few days for standard assemblies to several weeks for complex, bespoke cable harnesses.

Yes – we manufacture cable harnesses with special insulation materials, protective sheathing, and connector systems that are resistant to high temperatures, UV radiation, oil, or moisture.

Our wiring harnesses are manufactured and tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and the relevant UL standards.
