Connectors from LEAR, Stäubli, AMP, Superseal, HSD and other series cover a wide range of e-mobility applications.
With rated voltages of up to 1,000 V DC and temperature ranges of –40 °C to +125 °C, they are suitable for demanding environments. Optionally available EMC shielding enables safe signal and power transmission.

Fasteners.
PA66 binders and fasteners are UV-resistant, heat and vibration resistant, and offer a high tensile strength of up to 111 kg.
They are particularly suitable for battery cable harnesses and underbody areas where components are exposed to high loads. Different variants facilitate adaptation to complex cable routing.
Heat shrink tubing for
High-voltage insulation.
Our UL/CSA-compliant heat shrink tubing is resistant to chemicals and UV, and meets UL94 V-0 flame retardancy.
They reliably protect lines in HV battery modules, traction motors, or DC/DC converters. The straightforward processing makes series assembly and maintenance work easier.

IP68-protected heat shrink connectors and moulded parts offer durable connections in the automotive and charging infrastructure sectors.

IEC-compliant, abrasion-resistant markings enable reliable identification of cables and components – even in automated production.
